Went in and got my haircut by Najia. She understood exactly how I wanted it and was very detailed with cutting my hair. I got the MVP package which was amazing. Overall great experience. I will be back!

The people who own this outlet should make a decision about whether or not they're interested in running a business. This place has been shut down for a very long time, yet they continue to have a website that makes it seem like they're open. This is the second time it has happened (that I'm aware of). Open it or permanently shut it down. And say so! Update your website. They'll probably use a "covid" excuse, but other businesses seem to have weathered the issue. I seriously doubt that this review will even be read by the owner for 6 months or longer or do any good for that matter.

I had the worst customer experience and haircut today. I didn't have the energy or plan to ruin my day thus I walked out the store as immediately as possible. I am a first time customer and just wanted a fade. I thought of just going here since I am in the area but it's a bad mistake. Let me tell you that the person who cut my hair was disinterested on what she was doing. She was not paying attention to details. You will feel that she is just going to a motion of using her clipper and can't wait to just get it done as soon as possible. She didn't double check her work, never made sure lines are even. When the service was over which is less than 10 minutes, she didn't even care to give me a brush to remove the extra hairs! Now that I have chance to look closer on what I paid for, I feel miserable of how my hair looks like. I will need to go somewhere else to fix it. DON'T RUIN YOUR DAY or HAVE A BAD HAIRCUT. Take your business somewhere else.
